Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may initiate a return per our return policy.

How long does shipping take?

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
Are customs duties included in the price?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How do I start a return?
Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
